Booking and Billing for Medicare, NDIS and Aged Care.

Patients

A platform that enables patients to easily find, book and pay for services. It comes with inbuilt automation and our proprietary AI to assist and improve the user’s experience.

The platform enables providers from all areas of Health Care to easily present, book and charge for services. It can manage multiple staff and services and comes with AI and Automation to remove manual administrative tasks, improve accuracy and the management of invoicing and payment.

Clinical Coding

Based on IHACPA Edition 12 the Smart Health solution assists Coding professional by providing logical and grouped coding options based on initial diagnosis and entered information.

AI Coding, initially to automate simple patient episodes, progressing to complex patient episodes for presentation back to professional coders for validation.

Dictation to Patient Letters

Solutions to enable GPs to record dictations for a patient letter, transcribe the dictation, create a letter, and validate it with the GP in a few simple steps.

The letter can then be issued and stored against the patient record in the Electronic Medical Record system.

Health Test

Leveraging the same platform as Smart Health, our testing solution is a prebuilt solution to manage the end-to-end testing process. Unlike other automated testing, our solution is codeless and uses AI along with virtual agents to carry out tests.

The solution encompasses workflows to capture and track business requirements, automate the development of test cases, and execute these tests using codeless automated testing. With powerful workflows, automation, and reporting, end-to-end traceability is provided through easy-to-understand dashboards.

Our AI engine takes the written business requirements and translates them into codeless automated test cases with the ability to apply variables to fully cover both breadth (end to end process) and depth (variable data inputs and outcomes) to provide comprehensive testing outcomes.

The solution is scalable and can manage and run millions of test cases using automated agents overnight, capturing videos of test execution and highlighting where tests have failed.

It can be used for System Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
